Automatic make-up and filling station for heating and cooling systems with membrane expansion vessels (MAG).
Enables controlled and, in accordance with DIN EN 1717 and DIN 1988, from directly connected potable water systems, and implements the water make-up and functional monitoring of the pressure-maintaining system (MAG) as recommended by DIN EN 12828 and VDI 4807.
Consisting of:
- Shut-off valve
- DVGW-approved system separator (BA) according to DIN EN 12729
- Dirt trap
- Pressure sensor
- Motor ball valve
Optionally, a pressure reducer can be fitted with a test pressure gauge and a microprocessor controller. This item is available separately.
Controlled, pressure-dependent make-up takes place with automatic interruption and a fault signal if the running time and/or the number of cycles is exceeded.
Initial filling and refilling of the system is made possible by an adjustable operating mode designed for this purpose. The functional control and monitoring of the CE-marked station is carried out via a fully automatic, freely configurable microprocessor controller with an LCD display for all relevant operating and fault messages and pressure readings, as well as a potential free output for collective fault signalling and an RS485 interface for connection to the building management system, the CE-marked station is controlled and monitored.
