Product details

Hydraulic Separator in vertical design. Ensures optimum hydraulic decoupling of the various primary and secondary circuits under all operating conditions. No interacting pumps at partial and full load. Comprising a rectangular chamber made from rectangular hollow section S235 with welded head and bottom.

Four connectors for heat consumers and heat generators from welded steel pipe with weld neck flanges PN 6/ PN 16.

2” threaded nozzle for desludging. ½” sleeve for temperature sensor. Standing foot with holes for attachment to the floor.

The component is checked for 100% leak-tightness and primed in the factory.

Thermal insulation comprising interlocking half shells with end-pieces. Customised and precisely fitting cut-outs for all connection nozzles are provided in the factory. The half shells are fitted using stainless-steel clamping straps and quick-release fasteners. This enables simple assembly and disassembly for overhaul purposes.

The insulation thickness complies with the current building regulations (GEG). The insulation is not diffusion-tight.
