Comprising cylindrical polypropylene cartridge filled with mixed bed resin for demineralisation of filling and make-up water according to VDI 2035 and/or manufacturer specifications in hot water based heating systems according to DIN EN 12828. Level of demineralisation down to a conductivity of 10 µS/cm.

9125762 - Fillguard Mini
sensor for monitoring the capacity level of Fillsoft Zero demineralisation cartridges in the treatment of filling and make-up water for heating systems. Particularly suitable in conjunction with Fillsoft Zero for implementation of low-salt running according to VDI 2035. Measuring cell with 1/4” external thread for direct installation in the head of the Fillsoft housing. Fillguard Mini continuously determines the electric conductivity of the demineralised water and indicates the level of demineralisation of the water via flashing LEDs:
- Green LED - electrical conductivity < 10 µS/cm
- Yellow LED - electrical conductivity 10-100 µS/cm
- Red LED - electrical conductivity > 100 µS/cm

Water meter for monitoring softening and demineralisation systems for heating water treatment (e.g. Fillsoft or Fillsoft Zero) or control of pumps, valves or systems during filling and draining of containers, etc.
The Fillguard Plus is an electronic water meter for measuring total water volumes and volume flows, as well as for counting down of a programmable specified water volume with limit value signalling by means of a pulse output or analogue signal. The Fillguard Plus also has an integrated sensor for monitoring the capacity state of demineralisation cartridges in the treatment of filling and make-up water for heating systems. Particularly suitable in conjunction with Fillsoft Zero for implementation of low-salt running according to VDI 2035. The Fillguard Plus continuously determines the conductivity of the demineralised water and outputs it via an integrated display; value checking and programming via a plastic foil keyboard. Voltage supply via supplied fully-wired 1.5 m long connection cable.
9131033 - Fillguard Connect
The 5m long connection cable has an 8-pin plug connector for plug-in-ready connection to the Fillguard Plus. The 7 individual wires can be used to transmit signals from alarm signal contacts, conductivity values and volume measurements to the control unit or the building management system. The Fillguard Plus power supply can likewise be provided via the Fillguard Connect connection cable.
