New name, combined expertise: Winkelmann Building+Industry becomes reflexGroup

The name change at the turn of the year sends a strong signal for clarity, innovation and sustainable growth in heating and cooling technology.

Winkelmann Building+Industry (WBI), the largest division of the Winkelmann Group, became reflexGroup on 1 January 2026. This step combines expertise and resources and sets the course for future-oriented development. The well-known brands Reflex, Elbi and Nema are united under the umbrella of the reflexGroup, while the proven Sinus products will be marketed under the Reflex brand in future. This creates a clearly structured portfolio that offers orientation and reliability. For employees, this results in a uniform employer brand that continues to be based on the values of the Winkelmann Group: entrepreneurial, reliable and together.

“The renaming to reflexGroup is the logical next step,” says Dr Sandra Bell, CEO of reflexGroup." It is our clear commitment: we are combining our strengths to grow in an agile and customer-oriented manner as a leading solution provider for water-based heating and cooling systems. Supported by the established strength of the Reflex brand, we are open to integrations, such as Elbi from Italy, and stand for performance and diversity."

This is reflected in the new logo: two dynamic frames that symbolically form a shared space for all brands under reflexGroup. They represent the union of external and internal interests and connect sales markets and production sites worldwide. At the same time, they symbolise an energy-efficient water cycle. The imaginary diagonal in the logo embodies growth, a steady upward trend and continuous performance development. The Reflex green colour and the radius of the Reflex R type are tributes to its origins and identity.

The roots of the new reflexGroup run deep: the Reflex brand was founded in 1972 and has established itself over decades as a leading expert in heating and cooling technology. It is an integral part of the long-established Winkelmann Group.
