Combined flow and return manifold, comprising rectangular tube with chambers arranged in parallel and separated by a sinusoidal separating wall with horizontally welded hydraulic separator directly below. Ensures optimum hydraulic decoupling of the various primary and secondary circuits under all operating conditions. No interacting pumps at partial and full load. Can also be used with several different heat generators or chillers. Produced from black steel sheet S235.Enables a space-saving and clear layout of the respective heating or cooling circuits. Connection nozzles designed as threaded or flanged nozzles and aligned at the height of the shut-off valves. Optionally possible from above, the side or below. Draining sleeves for flow and return chambers are fitted as standard.With downward-directed outgoing sludge trap inclusive of desludging sleeve. Fitted as standard is a sleeve for locating the hydraulic separator’s sensor, which is used for measuring the secondary-side flow temperature for system control; it is positioned in the correct location on site. Supplementary sensor sleeves can be provided.The component is checked for 100% leak-tightness and primed in the factory.

To prevent spray water, a spray water lip of 30 mm is provided. A chrome plated flow sieve with a 2” female thread is included.
