Product details
Automatic water make-up and filling station for heating and cooling systems with expansion vessels (MAG).
Enables a controlled and reliable make-up and system filling in accordance with DIN EN 1717 or DIN 1988 from directly connected drinking water systems and implements the recommended function control of the pressurisation system (MAG) according to DIN EN 12828 and VDI 4807.
Comprising shut-off valve, DVGW tested system separator (BA) according to DIN EN 12729, dirt trap, pressure sensor, motor ball valve, pressure reducer with control manometer and microprocessor controller. All components are integrated in a housing so they have a minimum footprint and are easily accessible.
The controlled, pressure-dependent make-up takes place with automatic interruption and fault message generation upon exceeding of the running time and/or the number of cycles.
First filling of the system and refilling are possible using the operating mode that can be set for this purpose. Function control and monitoring of the CE-designated station takes place via a fully automatic and freely programmable microprocessor controller with LCD display for all relevant operating and fault messages and pressure display, as well as a potential-free output and buzzer alarm for collective fault message.

commissioning of Fillsoft in conjunction with Fillguard and Fillcontrol Plus compact by the customer service, comprising:
- Adjustment of system to the operating parameters specified by the client,
- Checking the settings and operating parameters, and the system's performance and function in the overall system,
- All set values documented in a report.
- The static expansion vessels of all make-up systems must be preset to the pressure specified in the installation and operating instructions.
While it is entirely possible for customers to put a recently purchased system into service themselves, there are a number of reasons why commissioning by Reflex is a better idea.
- Certainty that the system is set up for optimum operation
- Excluding of possible damage due to incorrect commissioning thus reliability and avoidance of time and costs for downtimes
the service can take place within the local country inside about three weeks, internationally within about six weeks after placing of the corresponding order.
