Automatic make-up and filling station for heating and cooling systems with expansion vessels (MAG).
Enables a controlled and reliable water make-up and system filling in accordance with DIN EN 1717 or DIN 1988 from directly connected drinking water mains and implements the recommended function control of the pressure-maintaining system (MAG (expansion vessel)) according to DIN EN 12828 and VDI 4807.
Comprising:
- Shut-off valve
- DVGW-tested system separator (BA) in accordance with DIN EN 12729
- Dirt trap
- Pressure sensor
- Motor ball valve
- Pressure reducer with control manometer and microprocessor controller
The controlled, pressure-dependent water make-up takes place with automatic interruption and fault message generation upon exceeding of the running time and/or the number of cycles.
First filling of the system and refilling are possible using the operating mode that can be set for this purpose. Function control and monitoring of the CE-designated station takes place via a fully automatic and freely programmable microprocessor controller with LCD display for all relevant operating and fault messages and pressure display, as well as a potential-free output for collective fault messages and an RS485 interface for connection to the BMS.

- Adjustment of system to the operating parameters specified by the client,
- Checking the settings and operating parameters, and the system's performance and function in the overall system,
- All set values documented in a report.
- The static expansion vessels of all make-up systems must be preset to the pressure specified in the installation and operating instructions.
While it is entirely possible for customers to put a recently purchased system into service themselves, there are a number of reasons why commissioning by Reflex is a better idea.
- Certainty that the system is set up for optimum operation
- Excluding of possible damage due to incorrect commissioning thus reliability and avoidance of time and costs for downtimes
the service can take place within the local country inside about three weeks, internationally within about six weeks after placing of the corresponding order.

Sensor for monitoring softening and desalination systems for heating water treatment (e.g. Fillsoft or Fillsoft Zero) in combination with Reflex control units.The Combi Sensor is an electronic water meter for recording the total water quantity, volume flow and conductivity. The measured values are passed on to the Reflex control unit to monitor the capacity status of softening or demineralization cartridges when treating fill and make-up water for heating systems. Particularly suitable in conjunction with Fillsoft Zero for implementing low-salt operation in accordance with VDI 2035. The Combi Sensor determines the electrical conductivity of the demineralised water on a constant basis.Voltage supply via the Reflex control unit and supplied plug-in connection cable.
