Pressure maintenance is achieved by a stainless steel centrifugal pump in conjunction with a robust, dirt-resistant motor ball valve, with a dirt trap acting as an overflow device. A safety valve is provided to protect the connected Variomat primary vessel VG or secondary vessel VF against overpressure. System pressure is measured by an electronic sensor. System connections on the discharge side are designed as secured shut-off ball valves. All fittings are mounted on a rotatable base plate to allow for a more flexible arrangement of the hydraulic system.The Control Basic control unit is integrated in a robust plastic housing in which both the power and communication electronics and the control panel with dirt-resistant membrane-covered keyboard is housed. the service can take place within the local country inside about three weeks, internationally within about six weeks after placing of the corresponding order.
Services provided by Service are net! The price does not include any site waiting times or work arising from improper installation or improper condition.

- Adjustment of system to the operating parameters specified by the client,

- The expansion vessels of the pressurisation station must not be filled with water.
- A sufficient supply of filling water must be provided.

Detailed description:
- Digital input: – freely configurable, 6 inputs, of which 3 are normally open, 24 V internal potential, standard configuration, e.g. for external temperature monitoring, minimum pressure signal, manual make-up, and 3 as normally closed contacts, 230 V external potential. Standard configuration as normally open contacts, e.g. for emergency stop, manual mode for operation of Pump/compressor, manual mode for operation of overflow device.
- Digital output: - 6 freely configurable potential free change-over contacts, standard configuration, e.g. for signalling make-up water faults, minimum pressure not reached, exceeding the maximum pressure, or manual/stop operating mode.
All the above contacts can be freely configured by the Reflex service team in accordance with the available information.
Assembly: The plastic control cabinet housing can be fitted into the designated mounting space of the control unit, as an alternative to on-site Wall mounting or installation in other control cabinets.
Wiring to the control unit is also carried out on the part of the building site.
