Servitec Mini

The Servitec Mini from Reflex reliably removes air and gases from heating and chilled-water systems. Its efficient vacuum spray-tube degassing technology helps maintain high water quality and ensures reliable system operation.

The Servitec Mini is suitable for small and medium-sized systems and enables simple, demand-based degassing.

Vacuum spray tube degassing system

Compact degassing for small systems

The Servitec Mini reliably removes dissolved and free gases from the system water. To achieve this, a partial flow of the circuit water is finely atomised in the vacuum spray tube and returned to the system virtually free of gas.

Its compact design and intuitive Bluetooth controller make the Servitec Mini particularly easy to install, commission and operate. Ideal for smaller heating installations with a system volume of up to 1 m³. When using a storage tank, an additional storage volume of up to 1,000 litres is possible.

Where can the Servitec Mini be used?

  • Suitable for radiators and underfloor heating systems

  • For heating systems with a low water content (up to 1,000 litres)

  • Suitable for cooling systems with temperatures above 0°C and a glycol concentration of up to 50%

  • E.g. detached, semi-detached and multi-family houses, clubhouses, nurseries

Advantages

  • efficient & economical
Make optimal use of energy and save on heating costs

Construction

  • Sight-tube degassing
Allows the gases to escape while keeping the system vacuum-tight.

  • Vacuum spray tube
In the vacuum spray tube, the circulating water is finely atomised. The precisely coordinated height and diameter ensure that the water is sprayed into the free vacuum during the degassing cycle.

  • Shut-off valve with filter insert
The shut-off valve is located at the circulating-water inlet and features an integrated filter insert. The connection size is G ½".

  • Inlet for gas-rich circulating water
The gas-rich circulating water is supplied to the Servitec Mini via a DN 15 connection.

  • Robust diaphragm pump
The diaphragm pump is insensitive to dry running, thereby ensuring reliable operation.

  • Outlet for low-gas circulating water
The degassed circulating water is returned to the system via a DN 15 connection.

  • Integrated pressure sensor
The pressure sensor is integrated into the vacuum spray tube. It measures the vacuum in the spray tube and enables demand-based pump control.

Flexibility in operation

Once it has been professionally assembled and commissioned, the Servitec Mini can be easily adapted to the requirements of the specific system. The various operating modes allow the degassing process to be specifically tailored to the system’s operation.

In addition to continuous degassing, interval degassing is also available. The desired operating times can be set according to individual requirements.
