With the aim of establishing ourselves even more strongly in the European heating and cooling market and continuing to expand globally, we made a conscious decision to acquire Elbi SpA. as this step will enable us to accelerate our growth trajectory and the associated increase in market presence.
Elbi SpA., also a family-owned company with a long tradition, shares the same corporate values as the Winkelmann Group and thus fits perfectly into the corporate structure and brand portfolio.
Elbi SpA. will continue to operate in its current form as an independent business unit in order to continue offering all current employees an attractive place to work.
